Prime 239 Steakhouse

Party of 10…but may not be back again. This restaurant is located in a small plaza, so parking was difficult. We had to park a few businesses away because that’s all that was available at the time. I like that this steakhouse had more veggie options to choose from and not just the standard baked potato or mash. The food and cocktails were good. The service was okay. We noticed other tables had bread and ours didn’t. Eventually, we had to ask for bread. We also had missing food items and a family member had a piece of shell in their scallops. The manager was nice enough to remove it off our bill and apologize for the missing food items. My steak was cooked perfectly but under seasoned, the risotto was delicious as well as the veggies.

Genuinely one of the best meals I’ve had overall, great service, atmosphere, and food was incredible. Every dish we had was exceptional with perfect flavor contrasts, the steaks were great quality and perfectly cooked, drinks were exceptional as well (highly recommend their summer drink menu and espresso martini) It is not the most affordable but the prices definitely are worth it for the quality of the food. If you’d need a good steak or a restaurant for any special occasion this is the place.

This might be our 9th or 10th time here and it’s always consistently delivered perfectly cooked steaks and solid sides. Take it from a steak snob that usually just prefers home cooked steaks, this is worth the night out. Caviar service was fun and well prepared as well. Only feedback is the creamed corn recipe used to be a lot creamier and something changed.

This was our second time dining at prime 239. It surely will not be the last! Upon entering, we were greeted with warm smiles from the friendly hostesses. And wonderful service continue throughout our dining experience. Feddy, our server was fantastic. He made great suggestions, and was just overall a very personable person. Travis, the front of the house manager also was very attentive and welcoming, he checked on us multiple times to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. The food is fantastic! We started with their crab cakes, my other half also had a Caesar salad to start. I chose the miso grouper and he went with the 8 ounce fillet mignon with shrimp scampi topping on the side. We also ordered the loaded mashed potatoes for the table. Everything came out perfectly cooked and the food temperature was excellent. The filet mignon was so tender and delicious. They do a wet aging there and I think it just makes the steaks so juicy and tender. They also have delicious craft cocktails and a great wine list. Highly recommend the Wicked Dolphin banana rum specialty cocktails they have. If you like a good dessert martini try the banana split martini! To die for! If you are looking for a great steak house, a great date night dinner, or a place to celebrate, I would highly recommend Prime239!

Mediocre at best…we have dined at the finest restaurants in the usa…at a steakhouse you expect the chef to be able to combine flavors to make a excellent dish…here they just seem to have thrown things that looked good together…their lobster bisque was a mess tasting more like burnt butter then anything,while the lobster on top was dry and flavorless…the lamb chops would have been perfect had it not been for whatever they put on top that’s berry sweetness conflicted with the bed of maple bacon Brussel sprouts that it laid on. I get crab cakes everywhere i go and who puts nutmeg and cinnamon in any crab or seafood? this restaurant has potential but for now it’s below a one star for us i wasted $300 and we didn’t even eat the meal service was great…manager did take off crab cakes….hostess was great…it was just the food that sucked,looked great tasted bad

Immediate seating for a busy Friday night for 2 of us. We ordered the 8oz filet with the lobster tail topper and the loaded baked potato side. Service had good attention to detail. The carrot curry butter with the bread was a pleasant surprise. Lobster bisque was more like a soup to be a proper bisque. Overall, I'm happy with this restaurant for the food quality and service. Price was moderate to expensive, but it was worth it for a special night out.

Happy Did a great job of taking care of us. This is a great place to go for special events because the food is spectacular. We have the filet mignon and wedge salad. It was more than enough for both of us share. for dessert we had apple crisp, which put a top on the meal Enjoyed it so much. parking was a little tight because the place was already full. The wait staff was awesome. We had no less than four people come up and check on us during the meal. It was like we were the only guests there.
